To check your DNS settings, view the Properties configuration (TCP/IP) of your computer, and verify the settings are as follows:
To check your mail server configuration, simply view the settings on your email (eg. Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora or Netscape mail), and verify your settings based on one of the following email hosting scenarios:
Scenario 1 – You have Radiant-hosted email, with our "Kwik.net" domain (ie. jsmith@kwik.net).
Incoming Mail Server: mail.kwik.net
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.tor.radiant.net
Scenario 2 – You have Radiant-hosted email, with your own domain (ie. jsmith@YourDomain.com).
Incoming Mail Server: pop3.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.tor.radiant.net
Scenario 3 - Your email is not hosted by Radiant.
Incoming Mail Server: Contact your Email Provider
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.tor.radiant.net
If your settings are the same as outlined above, this confirms that you are set up on a fully-redundant network. If your settings are different than those outlined above, please change them accordingly.
