PCI DSS
Radiant operates a credit/debit card payment gateway for many of our clients in the retail industry. This gateway has to be operated in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), a very comprehensive and detailed compliance standard.
This standard includes:
:: electronic access cards required to access the data centre
:: no entry to our data centres except for authorized staff
:: visitors physically escorted while in the data centre
:: tracking of all access to the data centres
:: 24x7 video surveillance of all data centres
:: logging of all changes to core network configurations
:: daily review of all logs
:: penetration tests at least every quarter
:: lockdown (802.11x) of all LAN access in our HQ and dc’s
in addition to a variety of measures specifically aimed at credit/debit card transactions.
This focus on security carries over the way we operate the entire network, including each individual client’s MPLS cloud.
