Radiant’s Private backbone consists of redundant, dedicated, high-speed connections between our two POPs. Multiple VLANs enable the same fibre to be used for different purposes, e.g. VoIP, inter-POP public IP traffic, MPLS traffic.
Private Backbone NNI
Radiant’s Private Backbone links the two POPs together and currently has two separate GE fibres:
- Bell
- Shaw (fibre shared with Internet connection, but separate VLANs for backbone)
