From Halifax to Victoria, Radiant can dispatch a technician to professionally install an ADSL connection. If you don't have a technical background, or if they do not have the time to bother with setting up an ADSL connection, our technicians can ensure that the equipment is properly configured and the client will have Internet access on their ADSL connection.
Onsite Installation involves the following service:
- Dispatching a professional technician to your premise
- Disconnecting existing phone line (or fax) equipment from the wall jack
- Reconnect the phone equipment to the phone jack on the supplied filter
- Connect the ADSL modem to the filter
- Connect routers/firewall to the ADSL modem (if requested)
- Connect the line connector on the filter to the wall jack
- Test and verify Internet connectivity
