All of Radiant’s Dedicated Server offerings include the following features:
  • Provisioning and installation of a new Dell PowerEdge server in one of our data centres
  • Installation and configuration of the server OS – Windows or Linux
  • 100GB of Internet traffic
  • A fully burstable 100Mbps port
  • 8 static IP addresses
  • Server monitoring
  • Server reboots – as required 
  • 24/7/365 (phone and email) technical support
Radiant offers three management options

Hardware Managed
  • The customer retains root access to the server.
  • Firewall will be provided by the customer
Virtual System Administration (VSA)
  • The customer retains root access to the server
  • Radiant informs the customer via email of upgrades or patches for their server
  • Upgrades and patches will be installed by Radiant
  • Once the upgrade is complete Radiant access is removed
  • Includes tape backup service up to 25 GB per month
  • Firewall will be provided by the customer
Enterprise Class Managed Service
  • Radiant manages the Operating system
  • Radiant proactively installs OS patches and upgrades
  • Radiant makes changes and modifications by request of the customer
  • Server reboots – whenever required
  • Includes tape backup service up to 25 GB per month
  • Data restoration services – 1 per month
  • Radiant monitors up to 6 ports on the server
  • Server will be behind the Radiant Network Firewall
