Solutions Engineering

They will work with your team to identify the right solution before the sale, and will stay engaged afterwards to deal with changes and new requirements.

Project Management
Rolling out a large network deployment can be a substantial challenge, from tracking the on-site installation and conversion schedule at hundreds of sites, to all the fluctuations caused by construction, weather, and personnel. Radiant has the technical expertise with the processes, knowledge, and experience to ensure any implementation is successful.  

On-site Installation
Connecting broadband circuits and installing network equipment can be simple or it can require special tools and expertise. If you have the expertise on-staff, we’ll ship you pre-configured equipment that is plug-and-play with our technical support just a phone call away 24x7. But if the installation is more complex or if you're trying to roll out a hundred sites in a couple of weeks, then Radiant’s on-site installers can deal with everything from extending inside wiring to configuring routers. And we can do it everywhere from Newfoundland to San Diego.

On-Site Support
Most large communications providers have on-site support inside their territory, but what about on the other side of Canada?
