Q: Why would I want to consider a partnership with Radiant?

A: This depends on your business needs as well as those of your customers or prospects. Radiant provides products and services that can be added to your core offerings so that you can offer your customers a high value service, offer a more complete solution, and become a strategic partner.

Q: How does the program work?

A: With Radiant, there are choices within our Partner Program. You can have different kinds of Partner relationships with Radiant that give you flexibility on certain specific sales situations and help you meet your strategic or tactical goals. Flexibility is a key part of our Partner Program offering. You decide what it is we offer that will add value and opportunity to your organization, and work with us to put a Partner program in place to achieve the mutual goals we will share.

Q: What Radiant services can I bring to the market as a partner?

A: All of our services can be offered through a variety of Partner programs. You could be selling our Connectivity services, AlwaysThere services and SureLink Business Ethernet in a variety of different ways.

Q: How do you support partners through your programs?

A: Radiant provides a variety of ways to support our partners. First, we work with you to understand how we will work together to bring more value to the customers and the market. We provide you training and education on our solutions/services. We are available to support you with sales resources, engineering resources, collateral and presentation support and access to any of our resources that make sense to provide to your customers. There is no “one approach”.

Q: How do I get paid my share of the revenue that the partnership generates?

A: This will vary depending on the type of partnership we actually have with you. Some models pay a one time commission when the service is billed; others pay ongoing residual commissions; and other are discount-level based to allow you to determine the price you want to charge your own customers. In any model, we document sales and appropriate commissions and ensure an auditable detailed explanation is provided with payment.

Q: What do I do to become a partner?

A: The process is very simple. Reach out to us through the form on our web site or call us. A Radiant representative will walk you through the various Partner models and your specific business needs. A Partner model or models will be chosen, we’ll send you the Agreements and then it is as simple as deciding what you need from us, when, and together we team up and get the partnership into the market as quickly as possible.
