Paul is an experienced telecommunications leader having held executive positions at both BCE and Rogers Communications including President Bell Canada, Western Canada. Paul has a strong track record of driving significant growth on both a national and regional basis. In his previous tenure, Paul was responsible for managing Bell's Western customer base representing over one billion in revenue. Paul brings extensive sales, marketing, and operations experience to Radiant.

Adrian Byram
Executive Vice President and CTO
Adrian is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience with software and networking companies in Canada and Silicon Valley. Most recently, Adrian was the Senior Vice President of Products and Engineering at Megapath Networks in California, growing revenues from $0 to $87M in a 5 year period. Adrian is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Stanford University.

Jason Leeson
Vice President, Product Management & Marketing
Jason brings to Radiant over 15 years of experience acquired through senior technology, product and service roles at several successful venture-backed companies in Vancouver and Silicon Valley. Prior to Radiant, he was the co-founder and CTO of Jixio Technologies, a developer of cloud service delivery management solutions. Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba and an EMBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Chuck Leighton
Chief Financial Officer
Chuck has over 20 years of financial, accounting and capital markets experience. Prior to joining Radiant, Chuck was the Chief Financial Officer for Intrinsyc Software International, a TSX listed company. Prior to that Chuck was with Motorola Canada in Toronto and Vancouver where he served in many capacities including Treasurer and Senior Controller for the Wireless Data and Personal Communications groups.

Craig White
Vice President, Sales
Craig is a seasoned business builder and operator with over 25 years of successfully leading companies through periods of turn around and extraordinary revenue growth. He has been a senior sales and operations leader with some of the most recognized brands in the high tech, retail, franchise, and telecom industries including Bell Canada, Hewlett Packard, Mr. Lube and Sprint Canada. His track record of achieving market leading results transcends small and medium businesses throughout North America.
Craig attained his executive development EMBA from Brown University and is also an active leader in his community having served as a Director of BCTIA, on the Board of Governors with Junior Achievement, executive leader with United Way, Variety Club leader chairperson, and UBC mentor among other volunteer roles.

Helen Sheridan

Helen Sheridan brings over fifteen years experience in high growth organizations with a particular focus in the technology sector. Among her achievements, Helen holds the distinction of developing and leading the culture, human resources and leadership development strategies for two of Canada's top employers (Crystal Decisions and 1-800-GOT-JUNK?). Helen was also a key architect in designing an innovative culture-shift strategy for one of Canada's largest health authorities.
Helen's wealth of experience in building and bridging connections in people-centered cultures yields exceptional business results. She has built a solid reputation for innovation in people strategies, change management, strategic planning and project management. Helen holds her Masters in Organizational Systems with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Development, from Saybrook University.
